Do you prepare grading and servicing drawings for Site Plan Control?
Yes. EEB prepares grading and servicing drawings and coordinates them with the building permit package.

Grading is designed to direct surface water away from foundations and neighbouring properties and to meet municipal submission requirements.
Do you coordinate civil work with the building design?
Yes. Foundation elevations, plumbing inverts and service connections are coordinated in-house with the structural and mechanical design.

The site address, a survey or existing site plan, the proposed building or addition, and any comments already received from the municipality.
